Allow me to be straightforward for this topic. We need to rest. We need to have a great quality of rest. Our mind, body and soul need a break sometimes. In this fast pacing world, we have targets on our mind, we have deadlines that force us awake as if we forget our basic need, which is to rest. Rest becomes a hot topic for research and discussion lately. How much we spend to work doesn’t determine our productivity. However, how much time we have to rest, whether we have enough time to rest that matters.

Because if we don’t have sufficient amount of rest, we cannot think clearly. We cannot act properly. We cannot decide wisely. Not to mention the other health risk if we don’t rest properly. Better quality of rest is determined by how much sleep we have.  
What about our mind and soul then? We all have problems that outrage our mind. Even worse, it creates a huge whole of desperation in our soul. We need to rest. And sometimes the best way to rest our mind and soul is to cry out all of those thoughts and take a moment of silent. You know whom you should find, right? The One and Only that you can rest all of your burden.

Question to self:
1. Do you have enough time to sleep? Start managing your time. Set what time that you need to sleep. Make sure you have at least 6 hours.
2. Do you seek for that One whenever you feel down and you want to rest? It’s time to do it regularly.
